Safety Tips
- Bulldogs tend to over heat, so never leave your Bulldog out in hot weather for long periods of time, 10 minutes is all you need for over heating to kill your Bulldog. Never leave your Bulldog in a hot car or a hot, unventilated area.
- Always supervise your Bulldog around a swimming pool and make sure they don’t fall in because they can barely swim and they cannot get out of a swimming pool.
- Make sure the vet you chose has experience with Bulldogs. They are sensitive to anesthesia and have conditions exclusive only to Bulldogs.
- Make sure that you give your Bulldog only indestructible toys, never give them something that they can break and choke on.
- Make it a habit to clean your Bulldogs folds with a damp cloth and special cleaning product (veterinarian recommended product). They have folds under their eyes by their nose area and by the tail area.
